Order Changes & Cancellations

Every STANDISH. garment is made to order. MAEKNIT begins constructing your garment as soon as your order is placed.

You have 24 hours from the time you place your order to cancel it or request a change. Email orders@standishofficial.com with your order number. We will confirm the change before your garment goes into production.

After 24 hours, your order is in production. From that point, we cannot guarantee a cancellation, resize, or change. If we are unable to make it, your garment will be completed and shipped as ordered.

Returns & Exchanges

If you would like to return or exchange your garment, email us at orders@standishofficial.com with your order number within 10 days of delivery.

Garments must be unworn, unaltered, and returned in their original condition with tags attached.

Once your request is approved, we'll issue a Return Authorization (RMA) and send you a prepaid shipping label.

• Exchange: Made to order, ships 2 to 3 weeks after we receive your returned garment. A $25 shipping fee applies to exchange orders.
• Return: Refunded to your original payment method, less the original shipping cost, within 5 business days of receiving your garment and confirming it is in resalable condition.

Requests made more than 10 days after delivery cannot be accepted.

We do not hold inventory ahead of demand. A returned garment becomes available to another customer only after it's back with us and confirmed in resalable condition.
